| FLYING THROUGH THE SKIES
OF BRAZIL |

As an integral part of the history of oil exploration
and production in Brazil, Aeróleo truly represents
the pioneering spirit of the logistical air support sector
of Brazil's oil industry. Its unbroken track record of over
thirty-four years of operations - mainly in the Campos Basin,
the largest offshore oilfield area in Brazil - has given Aeróleo
priceless experience that puts it at the forefront of medium
and large helicopter operators in Brazil.
Incorporated in 1968, during the decade when
modern executive aviation first appeared in Brazil, Aeróleo
has recorded over 300,000 hours of flight time. During these
three decades, Aeróleo has built up an enviable safety
and performance record in carrying out its flight activities
which have included general commercial flying, executive charters,
passanger and cargo transportation and inspection operations.

Its most extensive operations by far
have been related to oil exploration, development and production
activities principally offshore but also in the Amazon jungle,
working mainly for Petrobras, the Brazilian national oil company
as well as a number of international companies operating in
Brazil.
It is for these reasons that Aeróleo was selected by
AirLog International, Inc., a subsidiary of U.S. based Offshore
Logistics Inc. as its partner for operations in Brazil. Together
with its affiliate Bristow Helicopters, AriLog is the world's
largest provider of helicopter services to the worldwide oil
and gas industry, with experience in over 90 countries. This
means that Aeróleo can now offer a wider range of aircraft
to its customers, and also provide the added security that comes
from being part of a large, highly respected international organization.
